We will count on you to:

  • Play an important role in investment manager searches, asset allocation studies, portfolio construction reviews, and other ad-hoc investment-related projects with Mercer’s institutional clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of investment-related materials for clients and internally, ensuring high standards within tight deadlines.
  • Utilize Mercer’s proprietary tools to conduct analysis on asset allocations including evaluation of expected risk and return
  • Communicate with third parties (for example investment managers, consultants and custodians) to gather and clarify client-specific data.
  • Support investment consultants in servicing existing clients and prospects, as well as internal projects.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, or any related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Experience in data analysis and presentation design e.g. Microsoft Office proficient
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to develop new skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work under tight deadlines and changing client needs.
  • Superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Working towards the CFA (or similar) designation.
