You can join as a Credit Analytics Intern, supporting the Credit function.
The Credit Analytics Intern will support the Global Credit Business Process Owner in driving transformation across the global Credit function.
Key responsibilities:
Support Credit initiatives by tracking milestones and action items.
Assist in analysing key Credit KPIs to identify performance trends and improvement opportunities.
Support monitoring of automation and digital tools, contributing to performance reviews and issue analysis.
Contribute to the development and update of documentation (SOPs, governance materials, training content) supporting digital Credit initiatives.
About You
You are currently pursuing a master's degree, ideally in Corporate Finance, Statistics, Financial Engineering, or Banking with Analytics experience or a related quantitative field.
You are interested in digital transformation, analytics, and process optimization.
You can work independently, as well as in a team environment.
You have strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
You have an interest in technology, data analysis, and automation.
A basic understanding of Power Query, Power BI and Python is a plus.
You communicate fluently in English (written and spoken).
You are familiar with the Microsoft Office suite, such as Excel (experience of working with Pivot tables).
You are available at least 30 hours per week.
You are eager to learn, proactive, and willing to contribute ideas and insights.

Paid internship with a Civil Contract (Umowa zlecenie) for 6 months (with the possibility of extension).
Initial training and continuous support working with experienced mentors and colleagues who will guide you throughout the Internship Program.
Flexibility related to working hours (with a minimum of 30 hours/week and a maximum of 40 hours/week).
Hybrid work policy allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.
