Role overview:
We’re looking for a Test Manager / Test Data Lead with experience delivering test data for large-scale UAT and E2E testing in banking and financial services. You’ll lead end-to-end test data management across multiple value streams, ensuring data readiness, quality, and regulatory compliance across test environments. Working closely with business, testing, and technology teams, you’ll support complex banking platforms across payments, capital markets, and wealth & asset management, bringing strong stakeholder skills and an agile, delivery-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate test data management for UAT/E2E across multiple value streams.
- Oversee test data delivery to support various test environments and ensure readiness for each testing phase.
- Ensure test data partitioning across environments is aligned with test strategy and privacy/compliance guidelines.
- Collaborate with business users, test managers, and technical teams to identify, prepare, and refresh required test data.
- Support test planning by ensuring test data availability, accuracy, and traceability across all relevant test phases.
- Monitor data quality and proactively address test data-related issues to avoid delays in UAT/E2E execution.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal data privacy standards.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Test Data Lead or similar role within large-scale UAT/test projects.
- Strong understanding of test data lifecycle management, data partitioning, and environment coordination.
- Familiarity with enterprise test environments, release management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experts in banking and payments, capital markets, wealth, and asset management.
- Focused on maintaining our nimble, agile, and entrepreneurial culture.
