At our Krakow Global Business Services (GBS) HUB, we provide essential services across multiple functions, including Customer Service, Finance, Purchasing, Human Resources, Supply Chain, and more. 

We are currently seeking a motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Continuous Improvement Intern. 

 

About the Program 

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience with Lean methodologies, Continuous Improvement tools, and process optimization within a dynamic, global business environment. You will support the CI team in day-to-day operations and contribute to regional and global improvement initiatives, while developing practical skills and knowledge. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support day-to-day CI operations, including preparing materials, assembling workshop kits, and coordinating logistics. 

  • Supporting the preparations for CI workshops and trainings (e.g., Kaizen, Yellow Belt, RCA) and assist during sessions. 

  • Maintain databases, trackers, and SharePoint sites to ensure information accuracy. 

  • Participate in process reviews and support process mapping and standardization activities. 

  • Assist in preparing documentation, slides, SOP drafts, and templates for CI projects. 

  • Collaborate with regional and global teams on selected initiatives. 

  • Contribute to reports, summaries, and CI communication materials. 

  • Complete additional tasks assigned by your supervisor and CI leadership. 

 

About You 

  • You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a University Degree. 

  • You are interested in Continuous Improvement, problem-solving, and process optimization. 

  • You are proactive, energetic, and have a positive can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and work in an international environment with strong initial support. 

  • You are well-organized and have strong communication skills. 

  • You can communicate fluently in English. 

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 

  • You are available at least 30 hours/week. 

  •  Nice to have: Familiarity with process improvement concepts 

 

What We Offer 

  • Paid internship with a Civil Contract (Umowa zlecenie) for 6 months (maximum 18 months). 

  • Initial training and continuous support working with experienced mentors and colleagues who will guide you throughout the Internship Program. 

  • Flexibility related to working hours (with a minimum of 30 hours/week and a maximum of 40 hours/week). 

  • Hybrid work policy allows you to work both in the office and remotely.
