Internship | eCommerce Specialist

About the internship:

Shero Commerce is a Shopify Premier Partner agency building and growing eCommerce stores for brands in the US and Europe.

This is a two month internship for people who want to enter eCommerce technology through the delivery side of an agency. You will work inside live client projects alongside project managers, developers, QA engineers, and solution architects, with a mentor assigned to you.

Interns who perform strongly are offered a full time role at the end, as either a Solution Architect or a Quality Assurance Engineer. You do not pick the track on day one. We decide together based on where your strengths show up.

What you will do:

• Learn the full Shopify project lifecycle, from requirements through testing and launch.
• Write and execute test cases, log defects, and verify fixes.
• Turn client requirements into acceptance criteria.
• Review implemented pages against designs and flag every mismatch.
• Work daily in Jira, BugHerd, Figma, and Shopify admin.

What we are looking for:

• Detail obsessed. You notice what everyone else scrolled past.
• Strong written and spoken English. Our clients are US based.
• Analytical. You can break a vague problem into ordered steps.
• Curiosity about eCommerce and web technology.
• No coding background required. Students and recent graduates welcome.
• Available for the full two months, 9 AM - 1 PM, Monday to Friday, in person at our office at Komuna Parisit, Kika 2.
• Available to take on a full time role in our Tirana office after the internship ends.

Timeline:

• Applications: August 15th to 30th. 
• Interviews and selection: The first two weeks of September.
• Internship: 2 months. Starts 14th of September and ends 13th of November.
