Own email and SMS marketing strategy, campaign execution, automated flows, segmentation, testing, optimization, compliance, and reporting for multiple clients. Develop copy and templates, audit accounts, create long-term roadmaps, identify performance improvements, and provide strategic recommendations. Manage client approvals, timelines, deliverables, risks, and communication while partnering with creative and internal teams to drive engagement, conversions, and revenue.

Owns the implementation, QA, troubleshooting, monitoring, and documentation of tracking and conversion data across websites, ecommerce systems, analytics platforms, CRM systems, and advertising platforms. Configures GTM and GA4, validates ecommerce events and product data, manages feeds and catalogs, investigates reporting discrepancies, and collaborates with developers, marketers, and client teams to maintain accurate, scalable measurement systems.
