About the Business
Our Destination Management services form the core of our business. Together with our destination experts, our sales and account management teams generate business by partnering with our customers (Tour Operators, Travel Agencies) to shape exciting itineraries suited to their traveler’s needs. We take care of everything from ground support, hotel bookings, sightseeing, restaurants, and local guides; all while providing 24/7 customer support so that travelers from over 50 countries can enjoy memorable travel experiences worry free.
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Destination Services team as a Costing & Quotation Intern.
This internship offers the opportunity to gain practical experience in the preparation of quotations and itinerary costing for travel products, supporting the team in delivering accurate, well-structured and cost-effective solutions for our Sales teams worldwide.
Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will build an understanding of pricing strategies, supplier cost analysis and itinerary planning, while collaborating with different departments across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of quotations for tours, services and itineraries
Support the creation and costing of standard itineraries using existing products and suppliers
Collect and verify supplier rates and service information
Update costing files and quotation documentation
Perform basic cost analysis and support margin calculations
Collaborate with Sales, Product and Operations to ensure quotations are accurate and delivered on time
Support the team in maintaining supplier information and destination knowledge
Assist with reporting and continuous improvement activities
Key Relationships: Sales, Planning, Procurement, Operations, External suppliers

Bachelor's degree (or currently studying) in Tourism, Business, Economics or a related field
Solid analytical skills and attention to detail
Good numerical aptitude and interest in pricing and cost analysis
Fluent English (written and spoken), with clear and effective communication skills
Curiosity, willingness to learn and ability to work well within a team
Interest in the travel and tourism industry
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with AI tools for reporting and data analysis is a plus
