The opportunity
Join our dynamic Business Process Excellence (BPE) team, where we strive to optimize and enhance business processes to drive efficiency and innovation. We are looking for a motivated intern to support our initiatives and contribute to impactful projects within the Finance team.
How you'll make an impact
Assist in analyzing and documenting business processes
Support the development and implementation of process improvement strategies
Conduct research and gather data to support process improvement and optimization projects
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions
Support automation initiatives to streamline processes
Learn and apply basic Lean methodology principles, promote Continuous Improvement (CI) culture within the team
Assist in project management tasks, including planning, tracking progress, and coordinating with stakeholders
Your background
Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (expected graduation date in 2026 or later)
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills, English proficiency at least B2 level
High degree of structure and self-organization, deadline-focused, and attention to detail
Analytical approach to analyzing data and problem-solving
Ability to work as part of a team, strong interpersonal skills
