Internship- Cloud Infrastructure Optimization

We are looking for an Intern to join our team in the Kraków area, Poland, and support a cloud infrastructure optimization project in an AWS environment.

During the internship, you will help evaluate selected AWS operational and optimization tools, such as AWS Compute Optimizer, DevOps Guru, Trusted Advisor, CloudWatch Anomaly Detection, and Cost Anomaly Detection. The goal is to check how these tools can support cost optimization, performance improvements, reliability, and better cloud operations.

You will work with engineering teams, analyze generated recommendations, document findings, and help prepare a summary of which tools could bring the most value in our environment.

• Research selected AWS optimization and monitoring tools
• Support configuration and validation of tools in a PoC environment
• Analyze recommendations related to cost, performance, and reliability
• Help identify potential savings and improvement areas
• Prepare documentation, dashboards, and a final summary of findings
• Propose simple ways to integrate insights into engineering workflows

You are a motivated student interested in cloud technologies, AWS, infrastructure, automation, and data analysis. You are curious, organized, and willing to learn how large cloud environments are monitored and optimized.

• Interest in cloud technologies, especially AWS
• Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Basic scripting knowledge, for example Python or Bash
• Willingness to learn monitoring, automation, and cost optimization tools
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to document findings clearly
