Job Description:
- Supporting the collection and verification of claim documents from customers and workshops
- Inputting claim data into internal systems
- Following up on missing or incomplete documents with relevant parties
- Organizing and filing claim documents (both physical and digital)
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed by the team
Requirements:
- Final-year student, pursuing degree in related fields
- Has basic understanding of General Insurance Industry
- Has strong organizational skill
- Eager to learn, detail oriented, and highly adaptable
- Plus point if has previous internship experience
- Willing to WFO (Work from office) Monday to Friday at our Head Office
