All About the Role
Deploy is a suite of consulting solutions designed to respond to fast evolving customer needs for execution support, with a dual mission: deployment and value realization over the entire lifetime of major assets. Value realization is a complex task, and Deploy helps de-risk the entire client/asset journey-from implementation to adoption, usage, and product evolution-through expert execution support that complements traditional Advisors capabilities.
As a Managing Consultant, you will lead complex programs and/or multiple engagements independently, providing direction and leadership across a portfolio of work. You will drive efficient and effective execution of a broad range of activities by establishing clear governance, defining team structures, and aligning stakeholders to deliver expected business outcomes.
You will:• Lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment to strategic client objectives• Own governance, execution planning, and delivery tracking across complex initiatives• Drive alignment across senior stakeholders, manage escalations, and ensure timely decision-making• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring minimal impact on timelines and program outcomes• Ensure delivery translates into measurable value realization and sustainable business impact• Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities to expand engagements and support proposal development
All About You• Proven experience delivering large, complex programs in cross-functional and multicultural environments• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-workstream programs independently from inception to delivery• Experience managing multiple concurrent engagements or priorities in fast-paced environments• Strong banking domain knowledge or experience within financial services, with understanding of products, operations, and regulatory considerations• Ability to establish a strong presence and act as a trusted advisor within client organizations, including senior stakeholders• Ability to bring relevant and insightful industry perspectives, ideas, and best practices to influence client decisions• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; able to clearly define scope, timelines, and budgets and communicate progress, risks, and insights effectively• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with ability to anticipate risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies• Ability to handle competing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and perform effectively under pressure and resource constraints• Proven capability to lead, motivate, and develop teams, driving high performance across cross-functional groups• Experience contributing to business development, proposal development, or client growth initiatives is an advantage
