Who are we looking for?
We're seeking exceptional talents who are:• Top graduates with up to 3 years of HR experience (internship experience in a MNC/global company is welcome)• Graduates in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related disciplines• Passionate about building a long-term career in Human Resources; with about 3 years of payroll experience (it can be in an internship)• Curious learners with a growth mindset and strong learning agility• Analytical thinkers who enjoy solving problems and using data to drive decisions• Creative, proactive, and eager to improve the way we work• Strong communicators who thrive in diverse, global environments• Adaptable, resilient, and excited by new challenges

Skills Required
- Top graduate with up to 3 years of HR experience (internships acceptable)
- Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related discipline
- About 3 years of payroll experience (can be internship experience)
- Internship experience in a multinational/global company
- Analytical skills and comfort using data to drive decisions (HR Analytics)
- Interest or exposure to Digital HR and AI in HR contexts
- Strong communication, adaptability, resilience, and learning agility
