We are currently seeking a Business Analyst Intern for Delta Dental of Michigan. 

Position Description:

Supports strategic planning and engagement efforts. 

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with cross-functional business and technical teams to create, refine, and publish Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

• Assist in leading strategy workshops with business and technical subject matter experts to further understand business priorities.

• Collects feedback on areas of system improvements and implements feedback into tangible results.  

• Support engagement initiatives, as needed. These initiatives include Metrics, Onboarding, Recognition, Communications, Accountability, Leadership Development, Mentoring, and Training and Development.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be actively pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business administration, or a related field. 
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint experience required
• Organized, detailed, flexible, and able to manage your own time.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
