We are currently seeking a Business Analyst Intern for Delta Dental of Michigan.
Position Description:
Supports strategic planning and engagement efforts.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Collaborates with cross-functional business and technical teams to create, refine, and publish Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
Assist in leading strategy workshops with business and technical subject matter experts to further understand business priorities.
Collects feedback on areas of system improvements and implements feedback into tangible results.
Support engagement initiatives, as needed. These initiatives include Metrics, Onboarding, Recognition, Communications, Accountability, Leadership Development, Mentoring, and Training and Development.

Minimum Requirements:
- Must be actively pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint experience required
- Organized, detailed, flexible, and able to manage your own time.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
