Currently we are looking for:
International Transport Specialist- Keeping transportation operations within budget without compromising efficiency
- Negotiating transport costs
- Scheduling transportation services, allocating drivers, and planning routes
- Processing transportation documentation and monitoring trucks/ drivers via systems
- Developing and improving road transportation activity in the perimeter assigned
- Training, and supervising drivers , positioning of the trucks
- Liaising between management, carriers, and customer service.
- Collaborating with internal departments to optimize transportation services.
- Evaluating driver/carrier performance, handling customer queries, and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
- Complying to transportation regulations and company policies.
- Professional experience in Transportation or Logistic are necessary,
- Fluency in written and verbal English (min. B2/C1),
- University degree (Logistics, Commerce or Economics preferred but not mandatory),
- Very good command of MS Office,
- Good planning and organizing skills,
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and excel under pressure,
- Knowledge of the Transport TMS system and SAP would be an advantage.
