About the Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking an Alliances Renewal Sales Specialist to join our Global Renewals Management Function within our GTM organization. As a key sales specialist function, the Alliances Renewal Sales Specialist is critical to CrowdStrike’s ability to achieve sustainable retention of accounts, protect annual recurring revenue (ARR), and drive operational discipline in the field for renewal management. This critical teammate will be responsible for retaining and growing CRWD’s alliance renewals by driving customer and partner centric renewal strategy and execution.
This role will be based in based out of Bucharest, Romania. The position will report to the Manager of Alliances Renewal Specialists.
What You’ll Do:
Work together with the Alliances and Field Sales teams in driving ARR retention at scale through execution of the following:
Protect and Grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by securing alliances renewals in advance of expiration
Manage the renewals process for the Alliances renewals in your territory
Provide quotes to channel partners 90 days ahead of renewal expiration
Ensure delivery of the renewal proposal to the end customer
Support the execution of an expansion strategy around the renewal by working closely with the MSSP sales team
Communicate the value of CrowdStrike products to ensure growth in licenses
Team with MSSP Partners to ensure a seamless customer experience
Drive smooth renewal execution and close process
Forecast the renewals in your territory
What You’ll Need:
Relevant industry experience: High Tech, SaaS, Cybersecurity preferred
Experience with Annual Recurring Revenue business model
5 years of experience in Renewals, Deal Support, Contract Management or Customer Success
Previous experience managing SaaS Subscription renewals process
Experience and proficiency with MS Excel
Prior experience using Salesforce.com and/or Salesforce CPQ
Ability to successfully balance a wide variety of daily tasks and adjust priorities on the fly in a fast-paced environment over multiple engagements
Tech savvy & excited to work in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication skills and strong business partnership with sales
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Extreme attention to detail and highly organized
