What will you work on?
Seeking an individual with proven ability and track record of International sales to handle Spin Master brands across European and global 3rd party distribution markets.
How will you create impact?
- Develop bi-annual business plans that deliver upon company goals and meet customer needs
- Deliver product presentations, business proposals and ad plans to customers on time
- Understand customers’ timelines and proactively provide them with all information and materials required to make decisions and manage business well
- Work with support team to develop forecasts that best reflect market realities; update forecasts as required, at minimum on a monthly basis
- Timely and effective review of actual performance to ensure goals are achieved and adjust plans as necessary
- Analysis of sell through data and market intelligence to maximize business opportunities while minimizing risk
What are your skills and experience?
- Demonstrated success launching and managing a business portfolio with national retailers and distributors
- Fluency in English is a must; other European languages an asset, but not essential
- European account and / or distribution management experience essential
- Able to travel to Europe, US, HK
