Develop children’s products from concept through production, creating sketches, renderings, CAD specifications, prototypes, and manufacturing drawings. Collaborate with brand, content, licensing, packaging, engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams. Apply expertise in materials, ergonomics, safety, cost, design for manufacturing, and tooling constraints while integrating graphic and structural elements into products.

Provides project management and administrative support for packaging design development. Coordinates artwork, translations, proofs, approvals, product setup, digital assets, samples, manufacturing quotes, timelines, compliance updates, and global releases. The role collaborates with design, engineering, QA, product development, licensors, vendors, regulatory agencies, and overseas manufacturing teams to ensure packaging launches meet timelines and global standards.

Design and develop collectible, preschool, and wheels and action toys from concept through production. Collaborate with North American design, engineering, product development, model shop, and vendor teams; lead proof-of-concept builds; review CAD and models; optimize designs for manufacturing, tooling, cost, materials, aesthetics, and play patterns. Prioritize multiple projects, contribute to strategic initiatives, coach junior designers, and travel to China and other Asian locations.

Coordinate daily studio operations and serve as the primary contact for visitors, employees, and interviewees. Plan and execute large team events, cultural programs, EDIB initiatives, celebrations, and hybrid engagement activities. Manage internal communications, Slack updates, employee feedback, vendors, purchasing, payments, expenses, and administrative support for leadership, operations, and IT teams.

Drives concept development and product design across toy categories, from 2D sketches and digital renderings through 3D model validation and production. Manages the end-to-end design lifecycle, including feasibility, cost, schedule, and safety considerations. Collaborates with engineering, marketing, quality, brand, and international teams; presents product concepts to executives; and travels to Hong Kong, China, and Toronto to oversee development and alignment.

Responsible for VAT and Intrastat preparation, reporting, filing, reconciliations, journals, compliance, audits, registrations, and regulatory monitoring across EMEA entities. The role investigates VAT coding issues, supports import and export tax matters, manages external tax relationships, forecasts VAT cash flow, improves processes, and advises management on indirect tax issues.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems. Provide technical support to end-users, maintain inventory and documentation, manage tickets (e.g., ServiceNow), assist with LAN/WAN/wireless setup, and collaborate with IT team on projects and escalations.

Lead visual and creative development across hero campaigns, digital, e-commerce, social, photography and video. Provides comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager and executive team, managing complex calendars, communications, travel logistics, meetings, events, confidential information, budgets, expenses, filing systems, and contact databases in a fast-paced multinational corporate environment.

Lead the strategic development and commercial execution of online retail and e-commerce accounts in Mexico. Responsibilities include negotiating joint business plans, managing account P&Ls and trade spending, optimizing digital shelf execution, forecasting seasonal demand, coordinating with Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain, and onboarding new e-commerce accounts. The role requires strong account management, negotiation, analytics, e-commerce expertise, English and Spanish fluency, and familiarity with SAP.

Lead Tools & Scalability for the Piknik subscription platform, owning Platform-as-a-Product (internal tools, release pipelines, shared Unity/C# SDK). Drive roadmap, prioritize backlog, coordinate platform-wide refactors, enable developer workflows, and translate technical architecture into business outcomes to speed safe, high-quality releases.

Lead regional IT operations and service delivery across EMEA, manage local IT team and budget, enforce enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity standards, partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into initiatives, drive adoption of corporate tools (ServiceNow, Jira), and develop regional IT talent and succession plans.

Lead product development and engineering support for Spin Master's Vietnam operations. Manage projects end-to-end with vendors, monitor schedules, drive cost-saving design changes, perform on-site debugging and root cause analysis, support production capacity and sourcing, and travel frequently to suppliers.

Leads strategy and turnkey product development for licensed plush products across Spin Master brands. Responsibilities include competitive analysis, product planning, licensor relationship management, product approvals, P&L ownership, pricing, forecasting, financial planning, system setup, sales support materials, and participation in sales summits and toy fairs. The role requires consumer product brand management experience and familiarity with product development lifecycles, competitive positioning, pricing, and buyer needs.

Support the Global Royalty Management team by preparing and routing royalty payment requests, creating vendor records, determining withholding tax, producing and distributing quarterly royalty statements, updating payment tracking, responding to departmental and AP inquiries, and following up to ensure timely payments.

Manage product development and marketing for consumer brands, coordinating cross-functional teams. Support digital media, TV/video, social, eCommerce, packaging, PR, and trade shows. Lead low-complexity products, contribute to product innovation, and perform pricing, costing, profitability, competitive and sales analysis. Assist in consumer research, present launches to sales and retailers, and track marketing spend within approved budgets.

Own external financial reporting and lead technical accounting guidance. Prepare consolidated quarterly and annual financial statements, MD&A, and disclosures. Support M&A accounting, manage external audit relationships, lead continuous improvements and digital transformation projects affecting reporting, and partner with tax and global finance teams.
