INTERNATIONAL PRE-SALES SPECIALIST
As an International Presales Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, documenting, and costing professional kitchen projects for customers across Europe. Acting as a key interface between sales, project management, purchasing, connectivity, and engineering teams, you will ensure the successful development of technically sound and commercially competitive solutions.
You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes, collaborate closely with international stakeholders, and help drive best practices across our European presales community.
ResponsibilitiesWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, tender documents, and customer requirements.
- Develop preliminary layouts and project concepts based on customer needs and project specifications.
- Produce detailed technical drawings and final project designs to support engineering and project execution activities.
- Prepare accurate and competitive commercial quotations and technical proposals.
- Collaborate closely with project management, purchasing, sales, engineering teams, and external consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with connectivity and digital solutions teams to integrate relevant technologies into project designs.
- Participate in customer meetings and conduct occasional site visits to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Foster strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the presales phase.
- Actively collaborate with presales teams across Europe, sharing expertise, best practices, and innovative tools.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design methodologies, workflows, and project execution processes.
Qualifications
WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience in the design and management of civil, industrial, or technical installations.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drawing.
- Experience within professional kitchen equipment, food service, hospitality, or a related industry is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of design processes, technical documentation, and project execution.
- Experience preparing technical and commercial proposals is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel occasionally across Europe.
