Lead systems integration for BA Food products by consolidating stakeholder requirements, performing feasibility studies, defining technical specifications, ensuring reliability and safety across electrical, electronic, mechanical, thermodynamic and hydraulic subsystems, configuring machine models and parameters, managing end-of-line testing, product test plans, and driving continuous software improvements (PDCA).

Design and develop professional kitchen layouts and MEP drawings, produce technical specifications and quotations, define commercial offers, coordinate with project teams and customers, perform site visits, and provide high-quality pre-sales customer service for Italian market.

Lead the Thermaline Competence Centre to support global sales with technical quotations, drawings, and solution design for professional kitchens. Lead China commercial strategy for laundry business: grow market share across Horeca, Care, OPL and Commercial Laundry; manage sales, customer care, pre-sales and distributor networks; set pricing, KPIs and commission systems; drive key account and channel development; coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Logistics, Marketing and Finance.

Perform multiple production tasks on 1st or 3rd shift in a plant environment, including welding, assembly, machine operation, blueprint reading, buffing/grinding, refrigeration/electrical work, fork truck/hand tool operation, and basic computer tasks. Emphasizes safety, teamwork, mechanical aptitude, lifting up to 50 lbs, and continuous improvement suggestions.

Design and maintain standard work for assembly lines, apply Lean tools to improve productivity and safety, manage engineering change activities, support prototype builds and pilot launches, perform job safety/ergonomic assessments, ensure product quality, design jigs/fixtures, and research/implement tooling or equipment projects.

Manage daily order processing and outbound logistics for assigned customers, coordinate 3PL and forwarders for deliveries and exports, handle customs and FTA documentation, monitor pricing/promotions in ERP, analyze logistics costs, and drive operational improvements.

Translate technical proposals into detailed shop packages (assembly and part drawings, schematics, material lists). Provide manufacturing design support, ensure safety and agency compliance, improve engineering procedures, and assist/train others.
