Job DescriptionA typical day will involve:
- Be the go-to expert who lights up our customers' day with brilliant solutions and an in-store experience that gets them excited about their next project
- Share your enthusiasm for electrical products and help customers discover exactly what they need to succeed
- Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge across our full range of electrical offerings and industry applications
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining strong customer satisfaction levels
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing customers through exceptional service and follow-up
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities that add genuine value to customer projects
- Collaborate with team members to support store operations, maintain inventory awareness, and share best practices
- Uphold all health, safety, and compliance standards relevant to electrical wholesaling and customer interactions
- You bring positive energy to the team and are highly motivated to become an expert in your field.
