  • Establish governance and best practices for department offsites, leadership gatherings, onboarding programs, training events, regional programming, and company-wide experiences.

  • Drive consistency in event quality, attendee experience, and budget discipline through structured planning processes and decision-making frameworks.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and stakeholders, influencing event strategy, agenda design, attendee engagement, and overall experience architecture.

  • Identify opportunities to improve how teams gather by introducing innovative formats, facilitation approaches, and industry best practices.

  • Establish and track key performance metrics related to event effectiveness, attendee experience, budget stewardship, and program impact.

  • Build and manage a portfolio view of Internal Events, creating visibility into planned experiences, resource allocation, and strategic priorities.

  • Partner closely with the Internal Events logistics team to ensure seamless execution while maintaining clear ownership between experience design and event delivery.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support company priorities.

  • Lead and develop a team of Event Leads, setting priorities, coaching team members, and building a high-performance event design function.
