We're looking for an enthusiastic, strategic, and creative Internal Communications Manager to join our Global Communications team in Tel Aviv! In this dynamic role, you'll play a key role in building our internal communications program from the ground up. You'll be responsible for crafting compelling narratives that inspire and inform our growing workforce across 10 global offices. You'll collaborate closely with senior leadership, including the Co-Founders, to ensure clear and consistent messaging that aligns with our company goals.
About The Role:
As part of the Global Communications team, you'll work under the direct supervision of the Director of Communications and in close collaboration with the Chief People Officer to:
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies aligned with company objectives, fostering employee engagement and a strong company culture.
- Craft compelling content across various mediums (written, video, etc.) to educate, inspire, and unite our employees.
- Become an expert in our internal communication channels, including newsletters, monday.com platform, and Slack, ensuring effective message delivery.
- Lead the charge in designing and producing team all-hands meetings, including defining narratives, creating presentations, and coaching presenters.
- Partner with leaders across the organization to provide communication coaching and support large-scale initiatives like cultural programs, global benefits changes, departmental re-orgs, and more.
- Develop and implement crisis communication plans to ensure a swift and effective response to unforeseen situations.
- Measure and analyze communication effectiveness through data analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in internal communications, marketing, program management, or related fields.
- Strategic thinker with ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
- Creative storyteller with expertise in developing engaging communication materials.
- Strong project and time management skills; highly organized and resourceful.
- Collaborative team player with strong relationship-building abilities.
- Adaptable and results-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
- Data-driven, able to use analytics to measure communication impact.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English with excellent written and verbal skills.
