You will join our Pakistan team as an Intern supporting supply chain and warehouse activities. You will work closely with production, planning, quality and logistics colleagues to help ensure materials move safely and on time. Responsibilities
- Support the execution of supply chain OR process improvement projects and initiatives
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify operational bottlenecks, and generate dashboards.
- Assist in tracking inbound and outbound shipments, monitoring transit times, and communicating directly with logistics service providers to ensure delivery schedules are met.
- Assist in the coordination of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize supply chain functions.
- Generate reports and provide insights based on supply chain data.
- Contribute to maintaining accurate documentation and records.
- Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams to track purchase orders, resolve pricing discrepancies, and verify delivery receipts.
Education, Experience and Skills
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program in BBA, supply chain, logistics, Industrial engineering, business graduate, Math & Statistics or related field.
- Comfortable using digital tools such as spreadsheets and basic inventory systems, or willing to learn.
- Commitment to follow safety and quality procedures.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP (APO & ECC).
- Highly numerate with knowledge of planning/scheduling systems.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management and prioritization capabilities to thrive in fast-paced operational environments.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in supply chain management.
- Command on Excel/PowerPoint/Power BI, programming skills will be an added advantage.
- Basic data skills, for example using spreadsheets for reporting.
- Experience working cross-functionally with production, planning or quality teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
