Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.
You will be mainly accountable for:
  • 1. Sales data Management: Responsible for the statistics, organization and analysis of sales data, and regularly prepare sales reports (daily, weekly and monthly) to provide data support for formulating sales strategies and adjusting work plans.
  • 2. Sales process assistance: Assist in organizing quotations and ensure the smooth delivery of orders.
  • 3. Meeting and Communication Support: Organize and prepare sales-related meetings, handle meeting notifications, be responsible for communication and coordination within the sales team and across departments (such as sales, logistics, and finance), convey relevant work requirements, and provide feedback on work progress.
  • 4. Sales materials and data support: Organize product information, promotional materials and auxiliary materials to ensure sufficient materials and accurate data during the sales process. Assist in updating sales scripts, customer follow-up manuals, etc., to facilitate the development of sales work.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
  • 1. Bachelor's degree or above
  • 2. Proficient in using Office software, skilled in Excel spreadsheet statistics, report making, and capable of creating PPTS
  • 3. Possess basic copywriting skills
  • 4. Good communication and coordination skills, adept at internal and external connections
  • 5. Work in an organized manner, be good at coordinating multiple tasks and time management, and have strong execution ability.​
