- CWS Internships are intended to be positions with limited durations
- Possess a strong desire to gain further understanding of the CWS business model
- Actively demonstrate CWS core values
- Knowledge of real estate and property management
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated competencies in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other programs as required
- Ability to adhere to company policies, procedures and practices
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to work as a team player as well as working collaboratively with other departments and outside organizations, including but not limited to on-site personnel, brokers, other analysts and senior management
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record and reliable transportation
