Regular interaction with residents, prospects, vendors, and team members is required, along with occasional travel and flexible scheduling.

Supports apartment community operations by managing rent collections, accounts receivable, resident records, delinquencies, reporting, leasing, marketing, and resident relations. Assists the Community Director, communicates with residents and vendors, participates in safety programs, and helps maintain a professional customer-focused environment. The role requires occasional travel, weekend and emergency availability, property inspections, and frequent walking throughout residential communities.

Manages apartment communities on temporary regional assignments, often supporting underperforming properties or leadership gaps. Oversees leasing, marketing, budgets, resident retention, accounts receivable and payable, payroll reporting, maintenance readiness, risk management, emergencies, and on-site staff. Requires extensive travel, including 100% travel, and frequent interaction with residents, vendors, and team members. The role also involves recruiting, coaching, compliance, financial oversight, and improving property performance.

Maintains investor and partnership data, processes capital movements, calculates capital calls, distributions, fees, carried interest, and investor allocations, and ensures compliance with fund documents. The role supports valuations, money movement, audits, tax partners, client deliverables, and workflow improvements. It also requires reviewing investment documents, managing senior-level communications, monitoring affiliated loans, and modeling equity waterfalls in Excel.

Supports digital marketing execution, administration, and performance reporting for assigned multifamily properties. Updates property websites, ILS listings, creative assets, messaging, and other channels; organizes data and tracks performance to identify trends and opportunities. Serves as a marketing resource for assigned properties, supporting lead generation, leasing activity, traffic, and occupancy. Coordinates with property teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to manage timelines and complete marketing initiatives.
