We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our team. This opportunity is open to active university students who are eager to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources. As a Human Resources Intern, you will support the Human Resources department in various administrative and Human Resources-related tasks. ResponsibilitiesKey Tasks and Responsibilities:
Under supervision and with guidance, you will be involved in learning and assisting with:
Assist with day-to-day Human Resources operations and administrative tasks.
Participate in Human Resources projects and initiatives.
Provide support in employee engagement activities and events.
Handle employee inquiries and provide general Human Resources support.
Assist in HR services, including liaising with internal employees and candidates regarding their medical check-ups (MCU) and onboarding process.
Essential Qualifications and Education:
- Active University Student in D3/D4/S1. (Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, Psychology or a related field.)
- The internship placement is available at McDermott Batam, with an immediate start in October 2026.
Applicants should not be participating in another internship program.
Applicants should have strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Attention to detail and a willingness to follow instructions.
