Partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, and business teams to resolve issues, improve identity processes, analyze access data, and support IAM/IGA requirements. The role also contributes to automation, AI capabilities, documentation, audit readiness, and regulatory controls.

Supports core HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, benefits, mobility, training, reporting, and offboarding. The role may lead discipline teams, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces, support customers and certifying authorities, approve technical deliverables, and mentor engineers.

Performs process engineering and detailed design for oil and gas projects, including FEED studies, process simulations, heat and material balances, PFDs, P&IDs, equipment sizing, process specifications, and flare studies. Reviews vendor submissions, MTOs, engineering work, and project deliverables; coordinates with multidisciplinary teams; identifies scope concerns; supports bids; and prepares technical reports, manuals, calculations, and procedures.

Leads process engineering design for oil and gas projects, including FEED, studies, detailed analyses, process simulations, heat and material balances, PFDs, P&IDs, equipment sizing, specifications, safeguarding, and flare studies. Coordinates with engineering disciplines, vendors, subcontractors, customers, and project teams; reviews technical deliverables, supports HAZOP closeout and audits, manages scope changes, and mentors less experienced engineers.

Performs FEED, studies, detailed mechanical design, calculations, equipment specifications, requisitions, technical bid evaluations, vendor document reviews, inspections, and testing support for oil and gas projects. Coordinates with engineering disciplines, procurement, suppliers, construction, and project management while applying applicable standards, quality procedures, HSE requirements, and budget and schedule controls. May supervise associate and trainee mechanical engineers.

Provides senior technical leadership for complex process engineering design across conceptual, FEED, and detailed project phases. Develops simulations, heat and material balances, PFDs, P&IDs, equipment specifications, process calculations, and safety studies.
