Supports core HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including recruiting support, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, benefits, mobility, training, reporting, and offboarding. Coordinates fabrication operations within the EPCI industry, including scheduling, resource planning, mechanical completion, quality inspections, documentation, progress monitoring, and issue resolution. Collaborates with yard, quality control, clients, and pre-commissioning teams to ensure fabrication activities meet project timelines, industry standards, and client requirements. Supports continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and resolution of non-conformances.

Supports the administration group with daily administrative tasks, data entry, scheduling, research, project coordination, meeting notes, document preparation, and professional communication. The Intern assists with ongoing projects, responds to inquiries, organizes materials, and develops administrative skills while collaborating with colleagues and learning standard procedures and digital tools.

Manages project cost controls, forecasting, reporting, accruals, cost coding, budget-versus-actual analysis, productivity tracking, and variance assessment. Establishes project controls systems, interprets contractual requirements, monitors scope changes and financial impacts, and recommends recovery plans. Coordinates with engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, accounting, and project teams while maintaining monthly forecasts and reports.

Leads contract management and claims activities for EPC/EPCI projects valued up to $500 million. Supports pre-award qualifications, contract negotiations, and post-award commercial administration, including notices, billing, guarantees, change management, risk opportunities, documentation, and project closeout. Coordinates contract specialists, interfaces with project and client stakeholders, chairs commercial meetings, manages contractual correspondence, and develops lessons learned. Requires strong negotiation, risk analysis, stakeholder management, and knowledge of energy, offshore, subsea, and floating-facility project lifecycles.

Performs detailed electrical design and drafting for oil and gas, petrochemical, and refinery projects. Prepares power, substation, distribution, lighting, grounding, cable, conduit, and electrical deliverables. Supports engineering, construction, commissioning, as-built updates, redlines, RFIs, material takeoffs, and project coordination. Requires advanced SmartPlant and modeling software expertise, AutoCAD proficiency, knowledge of electrical codes and standards, and the ability to mentor designers and provide site support.

Performs routine mechanical design, engineering analysis, calculations, drafting, equipment specification, and document reviews under close supervision. Supports project engineers and buyers with technical bid evaluations, applies relevant standards and HSE requirements, and coordinates with other disciplines, sellers, and manufacturers. The role develops familiarity with project stages, quality systems, documentation, and mechanical engineering procedures in oil and gas projects.

Performs routine process engineering design, calculations, analyses, and documentation under close supervision. Assists with process studies, heat and material balances, PFDs, P&IDs, equipment sizing, relief valve calculations, instrument data, emissions summaries, firewater and gas detection systems, vendor data reviews, and operating manuals. Coordinates with engineers and designers, follows applicable standards and procedures, tracks assumptions and costs, and supports project deadlines while developing oil and gas process engineering expertise.

Supports logistics and trade compliance activities, including shipment coordination, vessel and barge loadouts, cargo manifest preparation, import/export records, transportation documentation, logistics provider invoice audits, dispute resolution, approvals, and recurring account management reports.

Supports contractual and commercial management for complex EPCI projects across pre-award and execution phases. Responsibilities include contract negotiations, contract setup, change management, notices, client correspondence, billing, guarantees, risk and opportunity tracking, progress reporting, and closeout. Coordinates with project, engineering, procurement, construction, legal, finance, and client stakeholders; leads commercial meetings and supports contractual strategy, claims, change orders, and preservation of contractual rights.

Production Engineer reviews project scopes, fabrication schedules, drawings, materials, work packs, and production plans. The role identifies constructability issues, manages scope changes and subcontractor coordination, monitors fabrication progress and productivity, provides field guidance, supports material movements, and ensures compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Leads offshore HSE and fire protection engineering for oil and gas projects, including conceptual, FEED, and detailed design. Develops safety philosophies, firewater and hydraulic calculations, equipment specifications, layouts, and safety study deliverables. Coordinates HAZID/HAZOP workshops, vendors, procurement, fabrication, customers, and multidisciplinary engineering teams. Reviews and approves technical documents, manages scope, budgets, schedules, audits, quality, and change control, while mentoring engineers and serving as discipline lead when required.

Lead pre-award subcontract activities including RFP/ITB creation, vendor pre-qualification, negotiation, award recommendations, risk and cost reviews, and subcontract compliance and administration. Provide guidance, reporting, audits, and support subcontract performance and closeout.

The Intern assists the administration group with daily operations, including data entry, scheduling, project support, and effective communication.

The Subsea Engineer analyzes and solves Subsea engineering problems, coordinates project activities, supports tender submissions, performs installation analysis, and adheres to safety objectives while mentoring junior engineers.

Develops detailed material take-offs, drawings, reports, and data sheets for EPCI projects. Collaborates with engineering, procurement, project management, suppliers, and subcontractors to estimate quantities, validate specifications, resolve documentation discrepancies, evaluate alternative materials, and maintain MTO databases. Provides technical input during design reviews, supports compliant material selection, and identifies process improvements to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

Perform non-destructive testing (RT, UT, PT, MT) of welds and materials per NDT procedures and project plans, record equipment calibrations, assess and report flaws, and coordinate rectification with QC inspectors.

The Principal Operations Engineer leads offshore project execution, supervises field engineers, resolves technical issues, ensures compliance, and manages fabrication within budget and schedule.
