The Senior Manager Project Engineering leads multiple teams in project execution, sets priorities, allocates resources, and ensures quality deliverables while managing budgets, safety culture, and compliance with company policies.

Design, analyze, and support pipeline systems including wall thickness, stability, cathodic protection, free-span, and stress analyses. Provide technical support during tendering, supervise HSES personnel, manage budgets, and liaise with clients and management to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Lead HSES for fabrication projects: maintain policies, ensure regulatory compliance, manage HSES staffing and training, audit and report performance, lead incident investigations, oversee subcontractor HSES performance, and drive continuous improvement to meet objectives and targets.

Lead day-to-day operation of a marine base supporting large EPCIC pipelay and SURF projects, managing vessel and crew logistics, import/export, bunkering, cargo handling, subcontractors, yard/warehouse, HSE compliance, emergency response, budgeting and contracting, and liaising with port authorities, clients and regulators to ensure safe, timely mobilization and support for offshore operations.

Lead project controls for EPCI projects by developing cost control strategies, maintaining schedules and forecasts, monitoring expenditures, performing variance analyses, implementing reporting tools, and managing a team to ensure budgetary and schedule integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead project controls for a large EPCI construction project, overseeing planning, cost control, schedule integrity, EVM-based forecasting, reporting, risk/change management, and team development. Collaborate with construction, engineering, procurement, and vendors to validate field progress, drive productivity improvements, perform variance analyses, and support decision-making to keep projects on budget and schedule.

Manage contract lifecycle for project-level EPC/EPCI contracts: support pre- and post-award activities, negotiate with customers, maintain contract records, coordinate insurance/bonds/guarantees, run commercial meetings, manage billing and closeouts, and drive lessons-learned for bids.

Lead and supervise site security personnel, enforce SOPs, conduct investigations and risk assessments, maintain security systems and visitor/access controls, coordinate with stakeholders and local authorities, and support security management in improving processes and training.

Supervise and mentor contracted guards, lead security operations and investigations, manage access control and contraband interdiction, produce security reports, implement security training and awareness, and support HSE and emergency responses on a remote energy project site.

Manage project contracts, client records, timesheet billing, invoicing, unbilled hours and WIP aging. Post invoices, record payments, resolve billing discrepancies, prepare internal reports, and review timesheets to support payroll and project budget tracking.

Lead SOX IT controls and IT audit activities: document controls, perform walkthroughs and testing, analyze evidence and data, support external audits, drive remediation, and improve governance aligned with SOX, NIST, and ISO requirements while partnering with IT, cybersecurity, finance and business stakeholders.
