Manage contracts management delivery for large EPC/EPCI projects. Lead contract negotiations, claims success, stakeholder relationships, departmental improvements, resource forecasting, policy compliance, and team training to ensure contract performance across project lifecycles.

Manage contracts and claims at the project level for EPC/EPCI energy projects. Support pre- and post-award activities, contract setup, compliance, billing, guarantees and insurance, change notices, stakeholder coordination, contract workshops, risk/opportunity matrices, and lessons learned to maximize project commercial performance.

Support project cost control activities including set up of project controls systems, implementation of OBS/WBS/CBS, earned value management, forecasting, invoicing reconciliation, quantity take-offs auditing, progress measurement, reporting, and mentoring junior project controls staff.

Provide HR support across the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding/off-boarding, employee relations, compensation, benefits, talent management, HR administration, reporting, and process improvements while collaborating with senior HR staff and global HR centers of excellence.

Lead treasury operations including global daily cash management, investment and FX oversight, subsidiary funding, payments and billing process improvements. Develop treasury systems, dashboards, and documentation; coordinate bank due diligence, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage one team member while supporting special projects.

Lead administration and implementation of EPM/Hyperion and PLM systems (Hyperion Planning, EPBCS, ENOVIA). Deliver design, development, SIT/UAT, vendor escalation, requirements aligned to SDLC, forecasting and data integration for large projects, and provide status updates and technical leadership across business and IT teams.

Lead and manage engineering scope and technical execution for EPC projects. Develop Project Execution Plans, coordinate multi-discipline teams, control cost/schedule, prepare proposals, ensure quality and safety, supervise project engineers, manage client and third-party interfaces, and drive project closeout and lessons learned.

Support experienced welders by learning and assisting with MIG, TIG, and arc welding and fabrication. Help inspect weld quality, maintain equipment, follow safety protocols, document activities, and collaborate with engineering to meet project specs.

Provide administrative support to the HSES department: filing, data entry, document management, meeting and training coordination, preparing reports and correspondence, maintaining records, and other routine office tasks under supervision.

Manage all subcontracting activities for projects: develop execution plans, source and award subcontracts, negotiate commercial terms, administer post-award processes, manage invoices and risk, maintain subcontract records in EDMS, support reporting and performance reviews, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Lead coordination and construction planning for onshore projects: develop Construction Work Packages, produce weekly 3-Week Look-Ahead and Weekly Work Plans, monitor site compliance, interface with supervisors, project controls and subcontractors, and record lessons learned to support field execution and decision-making.
