Lead and manage project procurement activities: plan and execute RFQs, commercial evaluations, PO awards, vendor negotiations, team supervision, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and project schedules and budgets.

Lead and manage subcontracting functions from sourcing through award, execution, and closeout. Oversee multiple teams, negotiate subcontract terms and change orders, coordinate with Legal, Engineering, Accounting, and Project Controls, ensure compliance with policies, maintain documentation, support staffing and budgets, and drive operational performance and team development.

Support QHSES system administration and assurance for procurement packages, provide user training, assist with data imports and system implementation, produce KPI reports, maintain procedures and records, and support internal/external audits to ensure compliance with QHSES standards.

Lead riser engineering tasks including FEED, studies, detailed design, analysis and verification. Prepare design calculations and reports, interface across disciplines, support procurement and fabrication, review vendor submittals, mentor junior engineers, and participate in design reviews, offshore surveys, and audits to ensure compliance with standards.

Lead and manage the engineering scope and technical execution of EPC projects. Lead supply chain activities for subsea projects, oversee project staff, develop sourcing and material management strategies, manage supplier relationships, drive diversity and local content initiatives, ensure compliance with company policies, and support reporting and social responsibility outcomes.

Lead and execute conceptual, FEED, and detailed instrumentation and controls design for offshore/onshore energy projects. Provide technical direction, prepare design reports and specifications, review vendor submittals, support procurement, participate in HAZOP/SIL studies and FATs, and lead discipline teams to deliver projects on schedule and budget while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring engineering integrity.

Perform NDT inspections of welds and materials using RT, UT, MT, and PT per project NDT plans, procedures, codes, and contractual specifications; identify and report conforming/non-conforming flaws; determine acceptance/rejection; liaise with QC Inspector to verify rectification and complete examinations.

Lead and mentor field engineering teams to execute offshore EPCI installation projects. Provide technical guidance, conduct site visits, ensure quality, develop engineering solutions, collaborate with procurement/construction, manage client relationships, and implement best practices to mitigate risks and meet project specifications.
