Key Responsibilities
• Support the team with general administrative and coordination tasks.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
• Help organize and maintain underwriting and policy documentation.
• Perform basic data entry and data quality checks.
• Assist with research on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Observe the underwriting and policy issuance process to understand how insurance business operates.
• Support ongoing projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Carry out other ad hoc tasks assigned by the department.
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Economics, Risk Management, Mathematics, Engineering or a related discipline.
Good communication skills in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
Positive attitude, willingness to learn and attention to detail.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
