Intern - Technical Support (Denver, Hybrid)

Your role at Dynatrace
It's an exciting time here at Dynatrace. You will be joining a team of 1000+ engineers and working closely with our teams across Austria, Poland, Spain, and the USA. As an intern, you will have a chance to work with several teams on developing our product and take the lead on one or more real projects to develop and build high-performance solutions. All while having the mentorship of other engineering teams across Dynatrace. You will have project ownership and the autonomy to co-build a world-class product. We will pair you with a dedicated mentor on your team to ensure the success of your project. The mentor will be your go-to person for any questions, suggestions, advice, and educational feedback, along with the rest of your team.

What will help you succeed
​​​​​​​Minimum Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a full time 4-year degree program in the field of
• Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Considering a career in Technology, Software Development, Cloud
• Observability
• Proficiency with at least one of the following technologies...
• Python
• Bash
• Linux
• Knowledge in docker and other container platforms
• Good communication skills, both oral and written

Preferred:

• Basic networking knowledge
• Enjoy getting exposure to cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GVP) as well as
• linux production deployments.
• You enjoy developing your technical writing skills
• Up to 1 year of work experience in a developer or software engineer position
• Additional Information/Why you will love being a Dynatracer:
• Internship will run from May or June to August
• This role will operate on a hybrid schedule out of our Detroit, Michigan office.
• Must be in the office 2-3 days a week
