Como você irá fazer a diferença?
Como membro do time, o (a) estagiário (a) de Recrutamento e Seleção irá atuar prestando auxílio a área de Talent Acquistion conhecendo toda a rotina para obter experiência e conhecimento da profissão. Além disso, participará de projetos globais, será responsável por todo o escopo de TA Coordinator e terá possibilidades de conhecer outros ecossistemas da área de RH.
O que queremos saber sobre você?
- A partir do 6º período dos cursos de Administração, Psicologia ou afins.
- Inglês avançado.
- Habilidade de comunicação, resolução de problemas e criatividade.
- Conhecimento básico de Microsoft Office
- Habilidade com programas como Canva, Photoshop, entre outros, será um diferencial.
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar de forma presencial em Contagem
Como será o seu dia a dia?
- Agendar e gerenciar as entrevistas, garantindo que todas as partes interessadas estejam informadas e alinhadas na logística das entrevistas.
- Comunicar-se com os candidatos para proporcionar uma experiência positiva ao candidato, incluindo respostas oportunas a perguntas e feedback.
- Gerenciar o fornecedor internacional de background check e dar suporte para todos os candidatos durante o processo de documentação.
- Auxiliar na gestão do sistema de recrutamento, mantendo registros de candidatos e garantindo a precisão dos dados.
- Estar aberto à aprender sobre processos seletivos e eventualmente, realizar atividades da área como análise de currículos, sourcing e entrevistas.
- Participar de projetos globais, trabalhando com culturas diferentes em iniciativas que podem ser voltadas para temas como: experiência do candidato, diversidade & inclusão ou melhorias de process.
- Apoiar o time de TA em eventos universitários para ajudar a fortalecer a marca Wabtec.
