We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join AI Solution Services team and support automation and integration initiatives using the Workato Agentic AI platform. As an intern, you will assist in designing, building, and maintaining integrations that help streamline business processes across various systems.
Assist in building and testing integrations using Workato’s low-code/no-code platform.
Support documentation of integration workflows and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements.
Help monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues.
Stay updated with Workato features and automation trends.
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.).
Familiarity with JSON, REST, or data mapping is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Exposure to Workato, Zapier, or similar iPaaS tools.
Basic knowledge of scripting (JavaScript/Python).
Interest in automation, system integration, and digital transformation.
