Ensure statutory compliance, government reporting, remittances, audits, and accurate employee changes. Support the ADP transition and Workday–ADP Celergo integration, resolve employee inquiries within a 24-hour SLA, provide accounting reports, and improve payroll processes and documentation.

Manage and develop Workato’s EMEA SDR team, owning recruiting, onboarding, coaching, quota attainment, and pipeline performance. Design AI-driven outbound strategies using buyer signals, intent data, and prospecting tools. Partner with RevOps, marketing, sales leaders, and account executives to improve messaging, handoffs, conversion rates, reporting, and forecast accuracy. Build dashboards and scalable processes while developing SDRs for future Account Executive roles.

Own the deal desk function during a six-to-eight-month maternity leave, managing complex deal reviews, pricing and discount exceptions, deal structuring, approval workflows, CPQ processes, and month-end and quarter-end close support. Partner across Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Success, and Business Technology; provide quoting and negotiation guidance; maintain governance; resolve escalations; and report risks and open items to leadership.
