What you will do:
As an Analyst intern, you will work closely with the Head of Project and Bid Development, APAC to support the APAC businesses in developing and winning major projects across the region. You will be involved in bid management, proposal development and risk management in major projects and gain exposure to the bid process, to the development of large deals and to the up-and-coming industry opportunities and trends such as sustainability, data centers etc.
How you will do it:
Apply business acumen and analytical skills to provide actionable insights towards stronger operational performance, by:
Process Improvement: Analyze current work processes and identify areas of improvement within the current Bid Management Process
Analytics: Compile, track and analyze major projects opportunity list within APAC region for bid management, ensuring completeness and accuracy of data to provide a clear view of the current progress, risks, escalations and opportunities in PowerBI
Work closely with the cross-functional bid team (sales and commercial, engineering, project operations, services, procurement) to ensure the collaterals submitted are up to the standards and quality of JCI
Work closely with the bid lead and cross-functional bid team to ensure proper bid documentation, proposal development, and governance before submission

Knowledge and Interest in Power Platforms: PowerBI and PowerAutomate
