Your role at Dynatrace
You want to gain your first professional experience alongside your studies in an agile HR department, working in an innovative and international environment? We are looking for a People Operations Intern this summer to support our local team with all aspects of the Employee Lifecycle, ensuring positive experiences to our stakeholder with a particular focus on Leave of Absences, Working Time and Labor Law knowledge.
During your internship at Dynatrace you will get hands-on experience in multiple tasks and activities such as:
- Independent handling of personnel-related topics
- Ticket management
- Administrative support for our People Operations team
What will help you succeed
- On-going or completed studies with a focus on Human Resources or similar.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of Labor Law.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
- Solution-oriented and independent working style
- Hands-on mentality and diplomatic skills.

Additional Information
For summer internships, we do offer a monthly gross salary of 2000€.
