About the Role
Responsible for providing application development and support services to meet AIA's business needsAccurately logs issue and updates ticket history to document troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
Evaluates and escalates issues as needed to a higher level or other resource.
Monitor and maintain Group Application support systems to avoid or minimize operational disruptions.
Hands on and Troubleshoot system faults and solve application problems.
Maintain customer and end user communications with a high degree of confidentiality.
Research new technologies and tools that could benefit you and the team.
Provide creative solutions to unique challenges.
Maintain a service level as stated in the relevant SLAs.
No major escalation/ audit / regulatory issue.
