The Clinic Nurse provides quality care, assists patients and doctors, administers medical services, and maintains patient records.

Perform imaging procedures including X-ray, Ultrasound, and Mammography, maintain equipment, and manage patient records and reports.

Creates engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences using instructional design, UX design, content design, educational technology, adult learning principles, and data analysis. Leads governance, regulatory compliance, risk oversight, audit coordination, contract governance, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and continuous improvement for the Corporate Solutions Division. The role develops governance frameworks, translates regulatory requirements into business actions, monitors controls and remediation, coordinates audits and regulatory submissions, supports contractual compliance, and presents risk and compliance insights to senior management.

Supports security governance through regulatory compliance, technology audits, assurance activities, internal control assessments, issue remediation tracking, and audit readiness. Coordinates regulatory engagements, inspections, evidence collection, walkthroughs, and stakeholder responses. Maintains governance registers, metrics, dashboards, and management reporting while contributing to process improvements and workflow automation. Partners with Technology, Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Group teams to identify control gaps, manage issues, and ensure consistent regulatory and assurance outcomes.

Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to partner-provided leads, understand customer needs, recommend suitable insurance products, and convert leads into sales. Meet individual and team sales targets while maintaining regulatory compliance and call-quality standards. The role requires prior outbound call center or telemarketing experience in the financial industry, strong communication skills, and at least an O Level education. BCP, PGI, and HI certifications are beneficial but not mandatory.

Leads the agency proposition and experience strategy, driving scalable productivity growth, activation campaigns, agent performance, and MDRT achievement. Uses agent and leader insights to guide leadership decisions, strengthen recruitment, and improve engagement and retention. Develops differentiated end-to-end experiences, recognition programs, communications, and initiatives that promote a high-performing agency culture.

Provides medical expertise for underwriting, claims resolution, customer inquiries, and healthcare services. Guides product, underwriting, and claims teams; develops healthcare programs; manages provider steerage, claim savings, and provider discounts; collaborates with medical and wellness suppliers; and may oversee rehabilitation assessments, plans, and related services.

Support customer marketing strategies, campaigns, and personalized offers that drive insurance cross-selling, upselling, repeat purchases, and loyalty. Analyze customer segments, channel performance, and agency feedback to develop effective tactics. Supports actuarial work for group life, group medical, and pension businesses. Responsibilities include rate studies, budget projections, claims analysis, product financials, market research, segmentation, reinsurance tasks, pension quotations, financial assessments, and automation of analytical tools.

Provide direct outpatient nursing care and support to patients and physicians in MediCard clinics: take vitals, administer basic treatments, perform ECGs, assist during exams and minor procedures, manage lab/diagnostic requests and approvals, educate patients on medications and follow-ups, maintain infection control and instrument sterilization, handle scheduling, recordkeeping, and monthly clinic reporting.

Maximize sales of AIA products and services through non-conventional intermediary channels. Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, create demand by aligning products with client needs, develop and administer sales and distribution programs, and manage named accounts or support broader account teams to achieve quotas and business objectives.

Provide timely, accurate customer support across phone, email, face-to-face, and written channels. Resolve enquiries, identify customer needs, deliver tailored solutions, and support retention and growth. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, meet service standards, maintain operational procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement and training resources.

Conduct interviews for insurance sales agents, organize recruitment and promotional events, support life insurance career briefings, design and drive recruitment incentive campaigns, analyze recruitment and workforce performance metrics, prepare departmental reports, and manage recruitment tools and inventories. The role also ensures compliance, identifies business quality risks, and supports regional recruitment initiatives.

This role involves providing administrative support including report preparation, campaign management, event coordination, and technical guidance for call center operations.

The Risk & Compliance Specialist manages the compliance framework, prepares reports, implements procedures, and supports adherence to regulations and guidelines.
