Job Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Contribute to creating engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and website updates.
• Event Support: Assist in coordinating promotional events, webinars, trade shows, and internal engagement activities.
• Campaign Support: Assist in planning and monitoring digital marketing campaigns.
• Email Marketing Assistance: Help build and manage email campaigns for client engagement, promotions, and events.
• Market Research: Support research on competitors and industry trends to inform marketing activities.
• Performance Tracking Assistance: Help monitor and prepare basic reports on the performance of digital campaigns, SEO, and website traffic.
• Branding Assistance: Ensure marketing materials and digital assets are consistent with Inivos’ brand guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, consulting, and tech) to support aligned marketing initiatives.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Professional Qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with Canva or willingness to learn for basic content creation and presentations.
• Interest in gaining hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
• Eagerness to learn tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO fundamentals (prior exposure is a plus).
• Ability to work with guidance, show initiative, and manage assigned tasks on time.
• Enthusiasm for technology, B2B marketing, and keeping up with new marketing trends.
