As a Business Development Manager at Homey, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and growing relationships with estate agents and mortgage brokers and Panel managers. You’ll act as a trusted partner, helping them understand and maximise the value of Homey’s products and services while driving revenue growth.
This is a hands-on, field-focused role suited to someone who thrives on building relationships and closing deals.

- Identify and target new estate agents and mortgage brokers to partner with Homey
- Pitch and onboard new partners, clearly articulating Homey’s value proposition
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with agents and brokers
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract close
- Drive partner engagement, usage, and revenue growth post-onboarding
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to feedback market insights
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report on pipeline and performance
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Ideally experience as a BDM,or SDR ( Ideally)
- Understanding of property/ estate agents
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
