Noyon Lanka, originally a joint venture between a French lace company and MAS Holdings, is a global leader in lace design and production. With design libraries in France and Sri Lanka and production facilities across Sri Lanka, Indonesia, and China, Noyon creates unique lace designs for international brands. Its expertise extends to warp-knit solutions through the INNTRIX collection, catering to activewear, sportswear, and femtech markets. Noyon also pioneers sustainable solutions such as Planetones, a 100% natural dye solution for lace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programming Process Improvement Projects (Machine Learning).
- Data Collection & Analysis.
- Time and Motion Studies.
- Documentation & Reporting.
- Cross-functional Collaboration.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Physical science or a related field (Computer Science, Statistics).
- Proficiency in analytical tools and programming software (Excel, ML)
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on diverse responsibilities.
- Ability to commit to a flexible schedule.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets.
