Intern - Lean Enterprise

Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS as we are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join the team as an Intern-Lean Enterprise. This role would enable you to support the Plant Lean Enterprise team in implementing lean manufacturing practices, collecting and analyzing data, and assisting continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and coordinating Lean/MOS training sessions for employees.
- Support the implementation of Lean/MOS practices on the production and support floors.
- Collect, compile, and analyze operational data to support improvement projects.
- Assist in preparing visual boards, reports, charts, and presentations for performance tracking.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and support project milestone tracking.
- Assist in capturing and documenting best practices and learnings from internal and external knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Plant Lean Enterprise team as required.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Textile Technology, Business Administration, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Physical Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts is an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
Skills Required
- Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Textile Technology, Business Administration, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Physical Sciences, or related discipline
