Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily administrative and operational tasks of the department.
- Support data entry, documentation, and report.
- Coordinate with team members on assigned tasks and projects.
- Maintain records, files, and databases accurately.
- Attend meetings and take notes where required.
- Support ongoing projects and process improvements.
- Handle basic communication (emails, calls) under supervision.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Physical science or Statistics.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Skills Required
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Physical Science or Statistics
