Position Overview:
At ID Logistics, our Engineering Internship program offers an exceptional opportunity for students to transform academic knowledge into real-world, impactful solutions within the supply chain industry. This dynamic program is designed to broaden your understanding through hands-on projects, strategic problem solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work Location: This is an on-site role in the Atlanta, GA metro area.
Term: This would be for Spring or Summer 2026
Work Schedule: First Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm - Part Time as needed.
Work Travel: Less than 10% domestic travel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Innovate & Analyze: Support strategic business initiatives through idea generation, data analysis, and process improvements.
- Collaborate & Learn: Work alongside our operations management team, contributing to projects that enhance operations, quality, inventory, safety, packaging, planning, and maintenance.
- Engage in Cross-Functional Projects: Participate in operational observations, process mapping, Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs), and work instruction creation while collaborating with various departments and external vendors.
- Ensure Excellence: Uphold corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety protocols, contributing to a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements:
- Candidates must be a junior or senior pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree
- Cumulative 3.0 GPA or better
- Must have at least one prior internship in a similar industry
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Industrial Engineering, Packaging Engineering, and/or Supply Chain Operations related discipline
- Enrolled in an Engineering graduate program
- Experience in logistics, manufacturing or a similar industry
