We are currently seeking an Intern CRA to join our diverse and dynamic team. As an IHCRA Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of clinical trials. You’ll work closely with Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), Project Managers, and Clinical Trial Managers to ensure all documentation, communications, and site activities run smoothly and compliantly.
Your responsibilities will include:Supporting in-house CRA activities related to the day-to-day running of clinical trials as defined by the study budget.
Assisting CRAs and clinical sites in processing and resolving queries and requests.
Communicating professionally with site staff and internal teams.
Helping with trial documentation and essential file management (printing, filing, scanning, etc.).
Providing general administrative support, ensuring inspection readiness across studies.
Assisting with project tracking, data entry, and supporting systems/tools as needed.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, or a related field.
A strong interest in clinical research and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple administrative tasks.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional fluency in English and the local language (Czech).
Availability to work on-site at our Prague office.
