Intern ‐ Human Resources & Administration
(Based at Bodywear - Ratmalana)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and process monthly No Pay sheets and attendance corrections for interns within the required payroll timelines.
- Coordinate intern extension and termination requirements, obtain necessary directions and approvals, and follow up on extension requests on the system.
- Process and follow up on intern terminations and resignations, ensuring all required documentation is completed.
- Conduct payroll induction sessions for newly recruited interns, covering payroll, attendance, No Pay, and related procedures.
- Maintain and update the intern budget and headcount tracker, including new joiners, extensions, resignations, and terminations.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Currently pursuing a degree or a professional qualification in HR or Business Management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good team working ability.
