Impact In This Role:
An HR Intern would provide meaningful execution support by working closely on the planning, coordination, documentation, follow-up, and implementation of key initiatives. Helping in improving the speed and quality of execution while ensuring that important strategic priorities receive adequate attention.
The intent is therefore not to create an additional administrative layer, but to build execution capacity for critical HR initiatives and ensure that planned improvements are translated into tangible outcomes.
This role is for 6 months period of internship.
What You’ll Be Doing:
The intern will primarily support two categories of work:
A. One-Time / Priority Projects
These initiatives require research, coordination, evaluation, and implementation support.
- Evaluation of Alternatives for Keka
- Replacement of BGV
- Replacement of Food Coupon Vendor
- Upcoming Insurance Renewal
B. Build & Evolve – Long-Term HR Initiatives
In addition to the immediate projects, the intern will support the development and continuous improvement of foundational HR practices.
- Culture Alignment with Misumi Americas - Support initiatives that strengthen alignment with the culture, values, and expected ways of working.
- Learning & Development - Support the creation and execution of a structured Learning & Development program
- Employee Well-Being - Support initiatives focused on employee engagement, well-being, and overall employee experience.
- Career Progression - Support the development of structured career progression frameworks and related documentation.
- Process Mapping - Assist in documenting, reviewing, and improving IST operations related SOPs to ensure consistency, clarity, and scalability.
- Performance Management - Support the development and implementation of effective performance management practices, including KPI definition, tracking, documentation, and process improvement.
