Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with DE team, PE team & META CI team.
- Presentation creation support & preparation
- Following up with SBUs on data & requirement gathering
- Getting involved in & supporting the teams at the UATs
- Taking minutes at the meetings & following up with the stake holders
- Involvement & assisting in process mapping
- Digital Training material prep based on system gates
- Arranging meetings
- Digital data & documentation filing & 5S
- Need to be able to work on Micro soft Team, e mail, good excel & work document usability
Qualifications, Experience, Skill, and Competencies:
- An educational background in Digital / IT related scope or statistics or Business Management
- Strong written & spoken English skills
- Solid digital skills in MS Word / MS Excel / Power Point / Teams / Outlook / Power Bi/ Ability of using Ai tools
- Data analytics skills
- People skills
