As a Ground Operations Intern, you’ll support crowd control at T1 during peak hours, improve check-in flows, and assist with ground projects. You’ll also analyze delay trends to enhance First Wave departures and boost On-Time Performance (OTP).Job Description
Monitoring and liaising with Service Partners in the completion of Station Flight Report (SFR)
Monitoring crowd control at T1 during the peak hours and to find ways to improve the overall check-in flow including kiosk and ABD area
Conduct spot checks at gate to ensure boarding procedure are adhered according to airline’s requirement.
Assist in the compilation and update of Station Information for the Ground Portal
Assist in the compilation of World Tracer data
Assist in the preparation of Station Performance Report Card
Assist in ground projects and participate in data mining and analysis
Perform trend analysis on delay reasons for SIN station and Network to improve on the First wave departure and On-time Performance (OTP)
Assist in monitoring any pending follow-up cases for ground on respective portals (E.g. Sales force, CCVRs, Tech Crew VRs etc.)
Assist Ground Planning in the ongoing projects
Any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager for Ground Operations and Ground Planning
Skills Required
- Monitor and liaise with service partners to complete Station Flight Reports (SFR)

- Compile and update Station Information and prepare Station Performance Report Cards
- Assist with World Tracer data compilation and portal case follow-ups (e.g., Salesforce, CCVRs, Tech Crew VRs)
- Perform data mining and trend analysis on delay reasons to improve departures and on-time performance (OTP)
