Description: The FS/PSM internship program aims to provide students with training and resources to learn on industry setup of sub-fab support system, its safety design and remote monitoring system, which paves the way for a full-time opportunity in the fab support & process safety management.
Description: The FS/PSM internship program aims to provide students with training and resources to learn on industry setup of sub-fab pump exhaust system, its safety design and remote monitoring system, which paves the way for a full-time opportunity in the fab support & process safety management.
Scope: In this project, the student will be able to
-Have hands-on opportunity to understand the industry usage of vacuum pumps, chillers and point-of-use scrubbers for each type of semiconductor CVD/Dry Etch/ Diffusion chamber.
-Learn the setup of post pump exhaust system and its handling of post chamber effluent production gases
-Understand the auxiliary systems that support the processing of a wafer fab.
-Explore the remote monitoring capabilities on the pumps and scrubber system on the SCADA system (RMS systems & ThingWorks)
-Understand tracking interfaces like Tableau tables, for daily monitoring by the Operation Shift Team.
Deliverable: To support and maintain IOT monitoring/tracking of the system parameters, and manage the monitoring system for safety and quality control.
