Interns will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects across multiple functions and organisations , with project assignments aligned to business priorities and individual strengths.
Project Description
This internship supports engineering teams across Micron Singapore in improving manufacturing processes, equipment performance, yield, quality, reliability, and operational efficiency. Successful candidates may be assigned to projects within Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Yield Engineering, Process Integration, Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering functions.
As multiple projects are available across different functions and organisations , shortlisted candidates will be introduced to the relevant project opportunities during the interview process and matched based on their technical background, interests, and business requirements.
Where applicable, interns may utilise Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, automation technologies, advanced analytics, or digital manufacturing tools to improve engineering efficiency and decision-making.

Project Scope
- Interns will analyse engineering and manufacturing data to identify opportunities for process , quality, yield, or equipment performance improvements.
- Interns will support engineering investigations, root cause analyses, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Interns will develop data-driven recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and manufacturing performance.
- Interns will work with cross-functional teams to evaluate and implement engineering solutions.
- Interns may leverage AI-enabled tools, automation solutions, or advanced analytics to improve engineering workflows.
